Description: Development, production, installation and commissioning of a vacuum vessel system (hereinafter referred to as the "HV system") for the experimental Compass tokamak equipment, which is used for primary research. The HV system of this device is one of the key mechanical systems that must provide a very high vacuum and provide a clean environment for experimental plasma applications at high magnetic fields and high vacuum vessel wall temperatures (up to 500 oC). Due to problems related to high electromagnetic forces and operation at high temperatures, Inconel 625® material will be used for the construction of the HV System.
