- It is a small -scale public contract for construction work, awarded in accordance with Section 6, Section 14, Sections 27 and 31 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll. “). Pursuant to the provisions of Section 31 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority is not obliged to award this contract in the tender. References to the legal provisions in the documentation also represent analogous use. This is not a tender procedure assigned under the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority calls for submission of offers for a small -scale public contract for construction work (reconstruction of the roof of the building). The subject of the public contract is construction work and carpentry work, which consist of all activities, work and related supplies necessary to complete and properly perform the action "VÚ and SVP Pšov - reconstruction of the roof - locksmith workshop". It is a reconstruction of the emergency state of the building, which serves mainly as a locksmith workshop. Due to the damage to the roof covering, the building was leaked. Moisture caused damage to all wooden elements of roof, ceilings and staircases.
