• Description:
• The subject of this order is the supply of equipment according to the purchase agreement and its annexes, which is Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation related to the project Cyrilometodějská materská škola Brno, reg. number CZ.06.04.01/00/22_020/0004526. Technical parameters of the requested performance are defined with the fact that the contracting authority allows their modification while maintaining the principle that qualitative parameters are set as minimum, dimensional and weight parameters as recommended, if nothing is specified for a specific parameter another, with the tolerance specified in the contract so that the filling can be installed in the place designated for this equipment. When delivering interior equipment, the supplier must particularly respect the dispositions indicated in the project documentation drawings and item specifications equipment, which also implies taking into account any existing equipment of the client, its dimensions and the need for its reassembly or placement. The client explicitly states that the dimensions of the individual devices are understood as recommended, with the fact that it may be theirs modification so that all the supplied equipment fits into the defined space and its purpose of use is preserved (suppliers cannot propose to deliver such a design that does not fulfill its purpose in some part). This contract also includes transport and installation and assembly at the place specified by the client. The selected supplier is responsible for the fact that the order will be delivered complete and will contain all parts necessary for flawless operation.
