- The subject of the performance of this public order is the complete procurement of all works, services and supplies related to the project of the new construction of the cultural center in the village of Jihlavka. The project is supported by call no. 1/2025/117D7620 from the sub-programme 117D7620 Support for rural renewal and development, program 117D76 Support for renewal and development of regions, project number 143274. The activities will be carried out according to the project documentation and the statement of dimensions "Kulturni dΕ―m Jihlavka" drawn up by the designer LAPLAN s.r.o., IΔO: 29201691, with headquarters at Cejl 504/38, Zabrdovice, 602 00 Brno, chief designer Ing. Filip Vacek, ΔKAIT authorization number: 1007156, authorization in the field of building construction and others, see project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation"). All features, procedures, requirements and specifications are listed in the draft contract for the work, which is Annex No. 3 of this procurement documentation, and in the project documentation, which is together with the report measurement in Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation. Technical supervision of this contract may not be carried out by the supplier or a person connected to him. If there is a reference to certain suppliers, products or patents for inventions in the tender conditions, technical specifications, project documentation or bill of quantities, the utility designs, industrial designs, trademarks or designations of origin, so according to the provisions of Β§ 89 paragraph 6 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, such a reference is considered to be a specification of technical conditions that would not be sufficiently precise and understandable without its use. The contractor for everyone of such a link expressly mentions and allows the possibility of offering another equivalent solution.
