• Description:
• The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the contract into individual parts among several participants. The contract is divided into 3 parts appropriately in accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act. The contract is divided into the following 3 parts: 1) Part 1: WMS 2) Part 2: delivery and connection to the markeplace 3) Part 3: delivery of IT automation and optimization Within the framework of this tender, the participant can therefore submit an offer for any part or for 2 parts or for all 3 parts. He must be a participant in each part of the contract always offered complete fulfillment of the given part of the order, in accordance with the conditions of this procurement documentation. Each part will be evaluated separately. The subject of the performance of this order is the delivery of the performance expected within the planned subsidy project named "Digital transformation at BABY CENTRUM s.r.o." registration number CZ.01.01.02/01/24_054/0006296. This contract includes installation, commissioning at the place designated by the client, including all training conducted at the client's headquarters. Selected the supplier is responsible for the fact that the order will be delivered complete and will contain all parts necessary for flawless operation. Only original (not refurbished) components will be used for production.
