Description:
The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts.
In accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is divided into the following 5 parts:
1)Part 1: Infrastructure delivery and implementation
2) Part 2: Acquisition and implementation of Endpoint protection solutions
3)Part 3: Acquisition and implementation of a tool for LOG management
4)Part 4: Cyber Event Detection
5)Part 5: Cyber Security Audit
Part 1, 2, 3 and 4 are currently being entered.
As part of this procurement procedure, the participant can therefore submit an offer for part 1, 2, 3, 4 of the contract, possibly more of them or all of these parts. Within each part of the contract, the participant must always be offered complete fulfillment of the given part of the contract, in accordance with the terms of the tender documentation.
The detailed technical specification of the subject of performance for part 1 is contained in the annex to the contract for part 1 technical specification (attachment no. 3 tender documentation).
The detailed technical specification of the subject of performance for part 4 is contained in the annex to the contract for part 4 technical specification (Annex No. 6 of the procurement documentation).
The detailed technical specification of the subject of performance for part 3 is contained in the annex to the contract for part 3 technical specification (Annex No. 5 of the procurement documentation).
The detailed technical specification of the subject of performance for part 2 is contained in the annex to the contract for part 2 technical specification (Annex No. 4 of the procurement documentation).
