• The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts. In accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is divided into the following 2 parts: 1)Part 1: Supply of furniture and equipment 2)Part 2: ICT delivery and connectivity Within therefore, a participant can submit an offer for part 1 or part 2, or both of these parts, of this procurement procedure. Within each part of the contract, the participant must always be offered complete fulfillment of the given part of the contract, in accordance with the conditions of this tender documentation. The subject of the performance of this contract is the delivery of performance expected within the project, which is supported by the Integrated Regional Operational Program, Priority Improvement of the quality and availability of social and health services, educational infrastructure and development of cultural heritage, call No. 111, project name: Professional and community background for modern open education at Jeseník elementary school, project reg. No. CZ.06.04.01/00/22_111/0001723. The technical parameters of the requested performance are defined with the fact that the contracting authority allows their modification while maintaining the principle that quality parameters are set as minimum, dimensional and weight parameters as recommended, unless something else is stated for a specific parameter, with a tolerance set in the contract so that filling could be installed in the place designated for this device. When delivering interior equipment, the supplier must in particular respect the dispositions indicated in the project documentation drawings and the specification of equipment items...
