Description:
The subject of this contract is the complete procurement of all works, services and supplies associated with construction works related to the client's project with the name of the project: "Reconstruction of the Boudy road towards Stádlisko, Ptení", which are the works according to the project documentation "Reconstruction of the Boudy road towards Stádlisko, Ptení" developed by designer CAD PROJEKT PLUS, s.r.o., with registered office Riegrova 793/2, 796 01 Prostějov, ID: 25587293, chief designer Ing. Tomáš Olša, ČKAIT: 1202125, Authorized traffic engineer buildings, specialization non-railway transport and others, see project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation"). All features, procedures, requirements and specifications are listed in the draft contract for the work, which is Annex No. 3 of this procurement documentation and in project documentation, which together with the measurement statement is Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation. The technical supervision of this contract may not be carried out by the supplier or a person connected to him. If it is in the tender conditions, technical specifications, project in the documentation or bill of quantities, reference is made to certain suppliers, products or patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or designations of origin, then in accordance with the provisions of § 89, paragraph 5 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, considers such a reference to specify technical conditions that would not be sufficiently precise and understandable without its use. For each such link, the client explicitly mentions and admits the possibility of offering another equivalent solution. The order is not divided into parts.
