• The subject of this order is the complete procurement of all works, services and supplies associated with construction works related to the client's project with the name of the project: "EXTENSION OF SEWERAGE PTENÍ - M. Č. HOLUBICE, which are the works according to the project documentation "EXTENSION OF SEWERAGE PTENÍ - M.Č. HOLUBICE" developed by designer STAVING engineering s.r.o., with registered office Bylinková 365/14, 783 01 Olomouc, ID: 25334107, chief designer Ing. Radek Sedláček, ČKAIT: 1201371, authorization in the field of water management construction and for more, see the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation"). All features, procedures, requirements and specifications are listed in the draft contract for the work, which is Annex No. 3 of this procurement documentation and in the project documentation, which is together with by the measurement report in Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation. The technical supervision of this contract may not be carried out by the supplier or a person connected to him. If the terms of reference, technical specifications, project documentation or bill of quantities refer to certain suppliers, products or patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or designations of origin, then according to the provisions of § 89 paragraph 5 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the awarding of public contracts, such a reference is considered to be a specification of technical conditions that would not be sufficiently precise and understandable without its use.
