- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the processing of documentation for the construction permit of the Velke Losiny Municipal House (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction") and the Revitalization of Losinka (hereinafter referred to as the "Losinka") in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act") and implementing legal regulations to this Act, the processing of documentation for the implementation of Construction and Losinka in accordance with the Construction Act and the implementing legal regulations to this Act, which will be used for the procurement procedure for the public contract for the selection of the Construction contractor in the sense of the Act and the implementing legal regulations to this Act, including processing of the awarded and non-awarded list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions, providing cooperation in the selection of the contractor for Construction and Losinka, supervising the designer during the implementation of Construction and Losinka and performing related activities. Estimated investment costs Construction a Losinky amounts to CZK 111 million without VAT.
The basis is a study prepared by the company knesl kynčl architekti s.r.o., IČO: 47912481, Šumavska 416/15, Ponava, 602 00 Brno and others, see the study (hereinafter referred to as "the study"), which is Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation and in the manner and under the conditions of the contract for the work, which is Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation.
