• Description:
• The subject of the performance of this public contract is the complete procurement of all works, services and supplies related to the project "Troubsko, sports recreation area under the church", reg. number CZ.06.02.02/00/22_064/0004395 specifically, it is the execution of construction works according to the project documentation and measurement statements "TROUBSKO - SPORTS RECREATION AREA UNDER THE CHURCH" drawn up by the designer DIMENSE v.o.s., ID: 27753379, with registered office at Bratří Šámalova 72, 615 00, Brno, chief designer Ing. arch. Aleš Putna, general authorization scope (A.0), ČKA authorization number 02924 and other mentions in the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation"). All features, procedures, requirements and specifications are set out in the draft contract for the work, which is Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation, and in the project documentation, which together with the measurement statement is Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation. The subject of the performance of this public contract is subject only to the items listed in the statement of dimensions, the project documentation is provided in its entirety for information about the entire project and its individual contexts. The client explicitly mentions the need to carry out the work in accordance with the Methodology document for the DNSH principle ("do no significant harm"). This methodology has application priority over project documentation, i.e. in the event of a conflict regarding the method of execution of the work, priority will be given to the procedure according to the document Methodology for the DNSH principle, or the work will be carried out in such a way that this Methodology for the DNSH principle is observed.
