- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the complete procurement of all works, services and supplies related to the construction within the project "Revitalization of the Mlynsky ostrov locality" within the NPO brownfields program, call number: 2/NPOBF/2023, project name: Demolition of a brownfield and construction of a multifunctional buildingu on Mlynsky ostrov, project number 26300033. Specifically, it is the construction of buildings according to the project documentation and the measurement statement "Revitalization of the Mlynsky ostrov locality" drawn up by the designer Atelier DPK, s.r.o., with registered office Šumavska 416/15, 602 00 Brno, ID: 25315366, responsible designer Ing. LudekRohovsky, ČKAIT 1005096, authorization in the field of IP00 building construction and others, see project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "project documentation").
All properties, procedures, requirements and specifications are listed in the draft contract for the work, which is Annex No. 3 of this tender documentation and in the project dockmentation, which together with the measurement statement is Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation. The client explicitly mentions the necessity to carry out the work in accordance with the document Methodology for the DNSH principle. This methodology has application priority over the project documentation, i.e. in the event of a conflict about the method of execution of the work, thethe procedure according to the document Methodology for the DNSH principle is regularized, or the work will be carried out in such a way that this Methodology for the DNSH principle is observed.
