- The nature and amount of work, supplies or services or the relevant needs and requirements: The subject of the fulfillment of this contract is the complete provision of all works, services and supplies related to projects 1) Cycle path of Pozořicko II. Stage, Reg. No. CZ.06.06.01/00/22_066/0003228, 2) Construction of integrated network of Šlapanicko cycle paths, Stage Pozořicko II_úsek K27, Reg. Cycle paths in Šlapanice (Pozořicko II), route D1, section S18A. For projects 1) and 2) there will be one building permit, for project 3) the second separate building permit. Specifically, it is the construction of construction works according to project documentation and bills in the area "Construction of the integrated network of cycle paths in the Šlapanice region (Stage Pozořicko II)" and the construction of the integrated network of cycle paths in the Šlapanice region (Pozořicko II). Adolf Jebavý, IČO: 64313743 with its registered office at Gorkého 59/9, 602 00 Brno and other introduction in the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as “project documentation”).
