- The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts.
In accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act, the contract is divided into the following 5 parts:
1) Part 1: "Delivery of the agenda information system", consisting of:
-Citizen's portal
-Clerk's portal
2)Part 2: "Delivery ainfrastructure implementation", consisting of:
-NGFW Firewall
-Virtualization server
-Operating system license
-CAL
-Database license per processor
3)Part 3: "Electronization of city council and city council meetings", consisting of:
-Preparation of materials for RM and ZM
-Voting equipment
4)Part 4: Carmatization of work with electronic documents
5)Part 5: Automation of economic processes
Within this procurement procedure, the participant can therefore submit an offer for parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, possibly for more or all of these parts. Within each part of the contract, the participant must always be offered complete fulfillment of the taskpart of the contract, in accordance with the terms of this procurement documentation.
Detailed technical specification of the subject of performance for part 1 is contained in the annex to the contract for part 1 technical specification (Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation).
