- The subject of the performance of this contract is the delivery of the performance expected within the subsidy project "Increasing the resilience and availability of the Moravske Budějovice DC", reg. no. CZ.06.01.01/00/22_004/0000144.
The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts.
The contract is in accordance with § 35 of the Act onprocurement divided into the following 4 parts:
1)Part 1: "Access Permissions Management Tool"
2)Part 2: "HW Related Infrastructure SW" for it consisting of:
3)Part 3: "Collection Tool and evaluating cyber security events"
4)Part 4: Penetration Test
Parts 1, 2 and 3 are currently being awarded.
Within this procurement procedure, the participant can therefore submit an offer for part 1, 2 or 3 of the contract, or for more (or all) of these 3 parts. Within each part of the contract, the participant must always be offered complete fulfillment of the given part of the contract, in accordance withby means of this procurement documentation.
