Description: The subject of the public contract is to ensure a comprehensive performance of the construction sites below during construction implementation:
1) Technical Supervision of the Building / Client (hereinafter referred to as "TDO") above the implementation of the building pursuant to Section 152 (4) of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., On land-use planning and building regulations, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act" );
(2) the author's supervision of the designer (hereinafter referred to as "AD") over the compliance of the construction implemented with the project documentation pursuant to Section 152 (4) of the Building Act;
3) Coordinator of OSH pursuant to Section 14 of Act No. 309/2006 Coll., Regulating other health and safety requirements for labor-law relations and ensuring safety and health in activity or provision of services outside labor relations (the Act on Securing Other Terms Safety and health at work), as amended.
