- The subject of the public order is the supply of table-top food equipment that enables flash freezing of liquid foods (e.g. sauces, soups) and creamy foods (e.g. purees) using a freezing plate. The equipment must allow the creation of semi-frozen food with a dual structure, i.e. stable and crunchym surface as well as a cold creamy or liquid/semi-liquid core.
The equipment is purchased as part of the ADAPT UTB project: Adaptable, Digital, Agile, Progressive, Transformation of UTB in Zlin, reg. no. NPO_UTB_MSMT-16585/2022.
