- The subject of the public contract is the supply of table-top food equipment, which enables flash freezing of liquid and creamy foods (e.g. chocolate, sauces, purees) using a freezing plate. The equipment must enable the creation of semi-frozen food with a dual structure, i.e. a stable and crispy surface andgraceful creamy or liquid/semi-liquid core.
The equipment is procured within the project ADAPT UTB: Adaptable, Digital, Agile, Progressive, Transformation of UTB in Zlin, reg. no. NPO_UTB_MSMT-16585/2022.
