Description: Suppliers selected on the basis of concession proceedings provide the right to use infrastructure for storing air fuel and handling them at Václav Havel Prague in providing air fuel supplies, including providing air fuel manipulation services (hereinafter referred to as "concessions" ), under the terms of the tender dossier and in the draft contract for the lease of the service and the provision of certain services associated with it to premises, which forms Annex 6 of the tender dossier (hereinafter referred to as "the Treaty") and under the conditions set out in the other Annexes Tender documents or contracts, while the contradiction between the tender documentation and the contract has priority.
