- The subject of the public contract is to provide regular delivery of ready -made meals with an alternative assortment, including imports in gastronade to the contracting authority's dining room. The range of alternative offers includes a nutritionally balanced diet with the precise nutritional values for each meal. It is an assortment with a predominance of meals with a high proportion of warm and fresh vegetables, meals prepared without the use of industrial semi -finished products and without chemical flavors. The condition is the offer of fish, both freshwater and marine, according to the requirements listed in the items involved in the tender documentation.
