- The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in ensuring the functionality of backup power sources located at the headquarters of the contracting authority - IKEM, which includes performing UPS service, i.e. prophylaxis and repairs of any defects, where the replacement of defective batteries or batteries with expired life will also be considered a repairreplacement for new ones, or elimination of deviations from technical parameters detected during prophylaxis, provision of supplies of spare parts and provision of supplies of new UPSs and their installation, in case of necessary renewal of the UPS or the need for installation in new premises at the client's headquarters, in accordance with the Technical Terms and Conditionsalso for a period of 48 months or up to a maximum amount of CZK 5 million without VAT, whichever occurs first.
