Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of laboratory consumables and chemicals for the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Palacky University in Olomouc necessary for the fulfillment of the key activities of the "PHOTOMACHINES" project according to current needs based on individual calls for supply and the fulfillment of other s related obligations, for a period of 12 months from the entry into force of the relevant contract. The subject matter of this public contract is defined in detail by the technical and business conditions, which are an integral annex to the tender documentation.
In accordance with § 35 of the Act, the subject of public procurement is divided into two separate parts, while the Contractor can submit his offer for any of the parts of the public contract, he can also submit his offer for all parts of the public contract.
