- The subject of the public contract is the supply of an Upgrade MRI with accessories for the needs of the radiodiagnostic department (RDG) of the Šumperk Hospital a.s., according to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in Annex No. 4 ZD Technical specification and under the conditions set out in other annexes to this procurement documenttation, especially in Appendix No. 5 ZD Purchase Agreement.
The subject of the contract is also:
•transportation to the place of fulfillment
•insurance associated with the delivery of goods
•training of the contractor's employees
•provision of warranty service
•disposal of packaging and waste in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation governing the handling ofodpady
