- The subject of this public contract for services is the development of project documentation (hereafter PD) for the construction of "Construction modifications of the administrative building at Lazeňska Street 1268/12, Děčin", in stages:
Project documentation for construction management (DSP) including insurance building permit
Project documentace for construction execution (DPS)
Author supervision (AD) for construction execution
Project documentation of the actual construction execution (DSPS)
The replacement of all external windows and doors, construction modifications related to the access and movement of persons with health conditions must be resolved in the project documentation by limitation within1. NP (construction of a parking space for the disabled, access roads from the parking lot, reconstruction of the entrance to the building, establishment of a new toilet for the disabled). In addition, the project must solve the restoration of the entire facade of the building, repairs to the plinth, including prevention of rising moisture, restoration of rain gutters and vertical parts of the lightning rodbottom system. Part of the performance of a public contract is engineering work, including the provision of a building permit, which consists of representing the contracting authority in actions related to the discussion of documentation with the relevant state administration bodies, managers of engineering networks and participants in the proceedings. Part of plof the public contract is also the processing of the necessary construction technical surveys and assessments of the structure of the building to the extent absolutely necessary for the processing of project documentation, as well as the assessment of the need to develop a health and safety plan.the award of a public contract for the selection of a construction contractor, and therefore an integral part of this documentation will be an inventory of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements (itemized budget with a statement of measurements including an estimate for determining the estimated value of the construction contractor's blind itemized budget witha statement of measurements to be filled in by the participants of the VZ for the construction contractor).new project documentation and any subsequent additions or clarifications of the processed project documentation.
The developer of the project documentation will carry out the author's supervision (AD) during the implementation of the construction works in order to ensure that the construction is carried out in accordance with the verified project documentation statuswould both from the point of view of the construction itself, as well as from the point of view of progress and respect for the construction conditions. AD will be carried out in the form of control activities of the designer on the construction site according to the customer's needs (usually during control days, inspection inspections of the construction, during the handover and acceptance of the completed constructionetc.). For the purposes of the approval procedure, the contractor shall prepare the project documentation of the actual construction execution (DSPS).
The contractor shall prepare the project documentation at least to the extent required by Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. , on the determination ofthe scope of the documentation of the public contract for construction works and the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of dimensions.
The technical description of the scope of work is given in Appendix No. 1 "Technical description of the scope of construction modifications in the administrative building Lazeňska 1268/12, Děčin for the preparation of the project documentce". Other rights and obligations of the contractor and the client of the work are stated in the submitted draft contract for the work (Appendix No. 3). The partial specification will be part of the orderparts of the work, price according to the contractor's offer, place of performance and delivery period. The contractor will be obliged to start the implementation of a partial part of the work immediately (within 15 days in the case of copyright supervision) after receiving the written order. - Documents :
