- University Hospital Ostrava - reconstruction of the FNO medical library for the use of the clinic of rehabilitation and physical education, incl. Coordination of D+M interior equipment and medical equipment - permanent technical supervision of the investor (hereinafter referred to as TDI)
The subject of performance of the VZMR is the performance of the function of the technical supervision of the investor of the construction (TDI), incl. Coordination for delivery and assembly of interior equipment incl. Coordination of supply and installation of medical technology. The performance of TDI activities is required min. 4 times a week at min. 2 hours per day and once a week to organize a check -up day. The exact scope of activities is described in Annex 1. Detailed description and conditions of construction are included in the project documentation. RD called “FN Ostrava - rebuilding part of the 2nd floor of building B - Diagnostic Center FNO for the use of the Clinic of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine”, processed by persons referred to in Art. 3.1 tender documentation, see Annex 2 ZD.
