Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of a new forest tractor, including the forestry superstructure, ie a high front ramp, reel, approach shield and cab protection (protective structure against falling FOPS) for use in forestry and against penetrating objects (OPS). The contracting authority requires a tractor with a protective design (protective cab or protective frame) protecting the tractor operator from falling and penetrating objects (in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 February 2013 on the approval of agricultural and forestry vehicles and supervision of the market with these by the vehicles and regulations of the Commission in delegated powers (EU) No 1322/2014 of 19 September 2014, which complements and amend the Regulation (EU) No 167/2013 in terms of construction and general requirements in connection with the approval of agricultural and forestry vehicles). Party This requirement meets after evidence: EC declaration of conformity or technical card or technical certificate in the case of machines subject to the approval of the vehicle for road traffic and will be used outside the closed area or declaration of conformity under the European Regulation Parliament and Councils (EU) No 167/2013 (COC - Certificate of Conformity) for the relevant vehicle identification number (VIN). The COC statement content is given by the template set out in Annex III of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/504 implementing the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 167/2013.
