Description:
The subject of the public order is the delivery of a universal vibration-climatic test system with extended safety equipment for battery testing, including software and accessories. It is a complex technological assembly intended for implementation uniaxial mechanical and environmental tests of technical samples in vertical or horizontal orientation, enabling tests in the form of vibrations or impact loads (shocks) to be carried out in a given axis. The system consists of four functionally connected parts: i. electrodynamic vibration system for directionally selectable uniaxial vibration or shock loading, ii. control and measuring unit enabling accurate control of tests, iii. vibration climate chamber with enhanced safety features for sample testing incl battery units, iv. cooling unit ensuring the thermal stability of the climatic chamber during the simulation of extreme operating conditions. The system will be used to simulate the real stress of the tested samples in a combination of vibrations, shocks, temperature extremes and humidity and is intended for lifetime, performance and safety tests of energy storage facilities and other sensitive technical units.
