- The subject of the performance of the public contract "Všejanska spojka" is:
a) Making an update of the Project Intent according to Directive of the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic No. V 2/2012, Directive regulating the procedures of the Ministry of Transport, investor organizations and the State Transport Infrastructure Fund during the preparation of investment and non-investmentof transport infrastructure vesting actions, financed without the participation of the state budget, as amended, including annexes (hereinafter referred to as "MD Directive V-2/2012"). (hereinafter referred to as "EIA documentation") pursuant to § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. about judgingeffects on the environment, as amended. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DUR/DUSP.
c) Preparation of Project documentation for a joint permit according to the Line Act, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in joint construction and zoning management, will receivet valid joint permit, including notification by an authorized person and ensuring the activities of the OSH coordinator when working on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual.
d) Processing and submission of an application for the issuance of a joint permit in accordance with Act No. 183/2006 Coll. ., OFAct on Spatial Planning and Building Regulations (Building Act), as amended, including all required documents, which will result in the issuance of a joint permit.
