- The subject of the public contract is the supply of the universal carrier of the municipal technique of the self -propelled working machine with a load capacity of up to 15 t (hereinafter referred to as the "universal carrier") including 3 pieces of compatible superstructures - road ground grinders, snow plows and road sweeping machine, all with technical, all with technical, all with technicalFunctional and quality parameters listed in the form of the technical specification of the delivery, which is Annex 3 ZP.
Delivery will include:
• Machine transport including all accessories to the place of performance;its equipment and accessories in the Czech language 1 x in printed form and 1 in electronic form on a data carrier;
• handover of warranty certificates and catalog of spare parts;
• disposal of possible packaging and waste;The contracts offered by the universal carrier, including all its superstructures, must be new, functional, unnatated, complete, it must not be a bazaar machine, demonstration or operational leases.
The vehicle must be approved for use on roads according to the relevant legislation.
