Description:
The subject of the public contract is the taking of professional technical supervision of the building (TDS) above
The scope of TDS includes preliminary supervision above right
and construction implementation with regard to the quality and correctness of the work performed, including inspection
correctness and completeness of the reported work in relation to the financial plan means and controls
Performance
the OSH coordinator includes all activities the coordinator in the framework of the construction and realization of the building
309/2006 Coll., which regulates safety and security requirements
591/2006 Coll., on minimum requirements for safety and health protection
The windows will be replaced with new ones and the facade will be repaired
made with wall insulation (in the courtyard tract). All work, materials, procedures are described in the project documentation prepared by the company Agora architektonick a stavebn atelier, spol. s. r. o., IO: 40230155. The building is listed as a monument and is located in the central historical street of the city of Liberec.
The building is used for administration. There is art here at the moment a total of 150 employees.
The construction works will be carried out during the uninterrupted operation of the administrative building.
