- The subject of the performance of the public contract is the delivery and installation of a new, unused, non-refurbished, fully functional automated multiparametric cell sorter, all according to this tender documentation and especially according to the technical specifications of the public contract.
The client requires the delivery of a new one, not yet unused goods or parts thereof, including related services:
• delivery and installation of the subject of performance specified in the technical specification at the place of performance,
• implementation and connection of all listed components,
•instruction and training of operators according to the relevant legislation,
• user manual (operating user documentation),
• declaration of conformity to the offered subject of performance,
• technical and pictorial documentation of the subject of performance, e.g. a copy of the manufacturer's technical sheet or a copy of the catalog, prospectus or manual of the subject of performance, etc.
