- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting in the reconstruction and repair of the Otava dormitory building, specifically the accommodation cells located in the part of the vertical pipe (risers) No. 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10, i.e. the social facilities in the student accommodation cells in 1-10 above ground floor. The subject of reconstruction and repairs are housing cores including sanitary facilities, bathroom, kitchen, dressing room and hall, while one housing core is intended for two student rooms. Part of the reconstruction is the removal of the existing ones prefabricated umakart cores and their replacement with new SDK constructions, execution of new ceramic tiling of the walls of bathrooms, toilets and kitchens, creation of new waterproofing of floors and laying of new paving. Repairs to plaster, stucco and new painting will also be carried out in uncoated parts. The reconstruction also includes the replacement of all vertical and horizontal ZTI distributions, including new furnishings and bathroom accessories, the replacement and reconstruction of vertical and horizontal ventilation distributions, and the replacement of electrical installations, including a new connection of extraction from the WC, bathroom and kitchen areas.
