Description: The contracting authority requires the creation of a building information model in a digital environment, which will represent a physically and functionally given object with its characteristics. The 3D Model will serve as a database of information about the object for its reconstruction, completion and operation during its life cycle and will provide users with comprehensive and interconnected knowledge of space, time, costs, etc.
The Contractor shall passportization of the existing premises of the Charles University FTVS outside and inside the buildings. It will create an information model of visible structures in two levels of LOD (level of development), LOD200 and LOD300, technological passport TZB (technical equipment of buildings), which will be processed to the level of location of end elements in LOD300. The technological passport will contain the following engineering networks: BTI, UT, EL, VZT, creation of an information model of invisible structures and passportization of systems.
