- The subject of the public order is the gradual delivery of sequencing kits that must be technically compatible with the NovaSeq™ X Plus Sequencing System type device, which will be placed in the contractor's laboratory during January 2024 and the contractor will use it for its scientific activities and the fulfillment of the project's goalsts, including transport to specified places of fulfillment according to the specific requirements of the Contracting Authority, the detailed specification of which is given below in this procurement documentation and its Annex No. 7 and in Annex No. 1 of the sample text of the Framework Agreement. agreementwith one supplier continuously for a period of two (2) years of validity of the Framework Agreement, while the individual deliveries of goods that are the subject of the Framework Agreement will be realized on the basis of partial orders.
