- The subject of the public contract is the complete reconstruction of the main building of the PedF CU in Magdaleny Rettigove Street 4, Prague 1, which will correspond to the current standards and requirements for the pedagogical and creative activities of the Faculty of Pedagogy of the CU based on the faculty's statute. Specifically, it is an addition to the outdoor elevatorin the courtyard of the building, leveling staircases, platforms and ramps, restoration of the entrance from Vladislavova Street, necessary modifications to existing structures, replacement of ventilation and cooling installations, installation of high-current and low-current systems, substation, electric fire alarm system, relocation of electrical switchboard, replacementthermal insulation, roofing and skylights while maintaining the existing structure of the trusses, repair of flat roofs including the hall, restoration of the facade and replacement of windows, repair of tread layers of floors, repair of plaster, rehabilitation of damp walls, replacement of medical and technical installations including fittings, replacement of air ductstechnical units and heating distribution on the 5th floor, replacement of the technology of the existing passenger elevator. It will also include the restoration of the interior equipment and equipment of the common areas of the building, audiovisual and information communication technology in the classrooms, implementation of the information and technological infrastructure in cellse building.
