• Description:
• The subject of the performance of this public contract is the supply of heat, ensuring the operation and maintenance of boiler rooms in the following buildings: 1) Municipal office 2) Health center 3) House with sheltered apartments 4) House for children and youth 5) Primary school 6) Kindergarten The technological facilities in the above buildings represent especially gas boilers and related operating equipment of boiler rooms. The subject of the performance of the public contract includes the following activities: a) operation of boiler rooms for the production of heat or gas extraction equipment (hereinafter referred to as "boiler rooms") b) owned by the contracting authority in the form of its lease, heat production and its supply to the contracting authority c) carrying out revisions of technological equipment d) carrying out maintenance and repairs of rented technological equipment, all in accordance with the tender conditions of the given public contract. The subject of performance is defined in more detail in the procurement documentation for the given public contract and its annexes. Hiring technological equipment: In order to fulfill the public contract, the participant whose offer will be evaluated as the most advantageous will conclude a contract for the rental of technological equipment with the contracting authority. The aforementioned contracts for the lease of technological equipment together with the contract for the supply of thermal energy are mutually dependent contracts in the sense relevant provisions of the Civil Code, as amended.
