Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply and implementation of all required components within the project "Uhersky Brod - Friendly digital services of the city", including technical support for the duration of the project's sustainability, which is 5 years. The public contract also includes transport, assembly, training of administrators,installation, configuration and setting of the supplied software and HW equipment and connection to the existing infrastructure. The main goal of the project is the digitization of services for citizens, to create the ability of automated digital operations and thus reduce their administrative complexity.
Part 1 - Citizen's Portal, Monofficial portal, automation of internal processes and work with electronic documents
Citizen's portal
The goal is to build an interface designed for citizens to deal with life situations and submissions to the city, i.e. within the purview of self-governing agendas or agendas that are not addressed by the central citizen portal.
The key principleis the observance of architectural principles for public administration portals and, above all, the principle that information services can be suitably connected independently of the place where they are provided.
Clerk's portal - automation of internal processes
Clerk's portal will automate internal processes and thus introduce these procedures intooffice practice.
The system will implement the preparation of documents for meetings of the Uhersky Brod City Council or the Uhersky Brod City Council, automating the creation of templates with minimal operator manual work.
