Description:
The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of up to 31 units of the city low -floor trolleybuses for the operation of public transport in Hradec Kralove and further conclusion of the service contract on the provision of warranty and post -warranty service and supplies of spare parts. The framework agreement will be concluded with the validity of 31. 12. 2028, with one selected supplier.
The contracting of implementing contracts will be followed in accordance with the rules for concluding contracts pursuant to Article 4 Framework Agreements.
The subject of individual public procurement awarded on the basis of a concluded framework agreement will be the delivery of up to 31 pieces of low -floor city trolleybuses (hereinafter also "vehicle" or "trolleybus"), and it will be no more than 18 standard trolleybuses with auxiliary battery drive With two axles (12 m) and 13 articulated trolleybuses with auxiliary battery drive with three axles (18 m).
