- The purpose of this tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of up to 31 pieces of city low -floor trolleybuses for the operation of public transport in Hradec Kralove and further conclusion of the service contract on the provision of warranty and post -warranty service and supplies of spare parts. The framework agreement will be concluded with the validity of31. 12. 2028, with one selected supplier.
The subject of the framework agreement is to regulate mutual rights and obligations with regard to the award of sectoral public contracts on the basis of a framework agreement. The contracting of implementing contracts will be followed in accordance with the rules for concluding contracts pursuant to Article 4Framework Agreements.
The subject of individual public contracts awarded on the basis of a concluded framework agreement will be a delivery of up to 31 pieces of low -floor city trolleybuses (hereinafter also "vehicle" or "trolleybus"), and it will be no more than 18 standard trolleybuses with auxiliary battery driveWith two axles (12 m) and 13 articulated trolleybuses with an auxiliary battery drive with three axles (18 m).
