• The subject of the public contract is the provision of transport services for the needs of the National Gallery in Prague, combined with the provision of complete transport of exhibits within the specified scope; - Transport of exhibits - Provision of packaging material according to international standards in within the framework of artistic transportation works and specific requirements of individual borrowers, - Packing and unpacking exhibits, - Loading and unloading of exhibits, - settlement of courier services according to borrowers' requirements, organizational provision of courier services travel, arranging accommodation, courier service during installation and uninstallation, - settlement of customs formalities, including customs clearance of air transport outside EU countries, if applicable the subject of this order - settlement of all exceptions within transport, - communication by the aforementioned lenders, - extension packaging material, - storage of packaging material - short-term storage facilities storage of exhibits with depository conditions according to international standards and depository mode (air conditioning, mechanical security, industrial camera with recording, raising an alarm to the police or security service).
