Description:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of services connected with ensuring the complete transport of exhibits within the specified scope for the exhibition "From Michelangelo to Callot: The Graphic Art of Mannerism", which the National Gallery in Prague is preparing in cooperation with the Musee du Louvre, i.e. in particular:

• transport of exhibits provision of packaging material according to international standards within the framework of the transport of works of art and the specific requirements of individual borrowers,
• packing and unpacking of exhibits,
• loading and unloading of exhibits,
• arrangement of courier services according to the requirements of borrowers, organizational provision of courier routes,provision of accommodation, courier service during installation and uninstallation,
• settlement of customs requirements, including customs clearance of air transport outside EU countries, if it is the subject of this order,
• settlement of all exceptions in the framework of transport,
• communication with exchanged lenders,
• extension packaging materiallu,
• storage of packaging material depository warehouse spaces for short-term storage of exhibits with depository conditions according to international standards and depository mode (air conditioning, mechanical security, industrial camera with recording, issuing an alarm to the police or securityservice). This depository warehouse space must be at a maximum distance of 60 km from the place of performance.
