• Description:
• This public contract is divided into parts, and a separate contract will be concluded for each part of the public contract. Part 1 - Transportation of the President of the CAS The subject of this part of the public contract is the provision of a car, including a driver, for the President of the CAS. Part 2 - Transportation of other persons The subject of this part of the public contract is the provision of the car, including the driver, depending on the needs of the Principal. Participants are entitled to submit an offer for both parts or only one, according to their preference. The sponsor does not limit submissions offers to individual parts. Part 3 - The rental of vehicles without a driver will be entered separately in accordance with § 18 paragraph 3 ZZVZ. The subject of this part of the public contract is the provision of a car, including a driver, for the President of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. The provider is obliged always provide the same car and driver. Changing the car is possible only in the event of a breakdown or service. A change in the person of the driver is only possible due to obstacles on the part of the employee or with the prior consent of the Principal. During vacation, working in the event of incapacity or other absence of the assigned driver, the supplier is obliged to provide adequate substitute performance (substitute driver) so that the required standard of the provided service is maintained. The car, including the driver, must be ready and available during working days from 08:00 to 16:30 (hereafter referred to as "regular working hours").
