- This public contract is divided into parts, while a separate contract will be concluded for each part of the public contract, or contracts. Participants are entitled to submit an offer for both parts or only one, according to their preference. The contracting authority does not limit the submission of bids to individual parts.
Part 1 - Transportation of the President of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic
The subject of this part of the public contract is the provision of a car, including a driver, for the President of the CAS.
Part 2 - Carriage of other persons
The subject of this part of the public contract is the provision of the car, including the driver, depending on the needs of the Principal.
Part 3 - Rental of vehicles without a driver will be entered separately in accordance with § 18 paragraph 3 ZZVZ.
The provider is obliged to always provide the same car and driver. Changing the car is only possible in the event of a breakdown or service. Change of driver identity is only possible due to obstacles on the part of the employee or with the prior consent of the Principal. During the vacation, incapacity or other absence of the assigned driver, the supplier is obliged to provide adequate substitute performance (substitute driver) so that the required standard is maintained services provided.
