- The subject of the performance of the public order is to ensure the transportation of a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 26 convicts from the Všehrdy Prison to the DSPU Usti nad Labem and back. The number of convicts for transportation will be flexible according to the client's request. Convicts will work in night shifts (11:00 p.m. 08:00 a.m.) from Sunday to Friday, i.e., that on the specified days convicts will be transported to the workplace before the start of the shift and back to the prison after the end of the shift. In addition to the driver and convicts, a prison service worker from Všehrda Prison will also be present in the vehicle during transportation. It will be concluded with the supplier who submits the most favorable offera contract for the provision of transport for a period of 12 months from its effective date.
