Description of the contract: The contest is to design a transformation center, which will revitalize and reconstruct the building of the middle school at Stara 2702/100 in Usti nad Labem. The reconstructed building has the status of the reconnecting of the building from the second half of the 20th century, taking into account optimal investment and operational publishing. Transformation Center will provide the necessary support services for the disturbed transformation of the region.
