Description:
Ensuring the provision of public services in the transport of passengers by an internal carrier in the sense of § 18 et seq. of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on Public Services in Passenger Transport and on Amendments to Other Acts, as amended and pursuant to Article 5, Paragraph 2 of Regulation (EC) No. 137 of the European Parliament and of the Council0/2007 of 23 October 2007 on public services in the transport of passengers by rail and road and on the repeal of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1191/69 and No. 1107/70.
Public services in the transport of passengers will be provided on the tram line, on the trolleybus line, in city bus transport and inlandto public water navigation (or through other methods provided for in the transport service plan of the statutory city of Brno for the years 2025 to 2039), namely in the years 2025 to 2039.
