- The delivery that is the subject of this public contract is technically defined by the prepared Technical Specification, which is part of the tender documentation.
Additional requirements for the subject of public procurement:
- Transport incl. insurance related to delivery and transport to the place of delivery, including all feesrelated to the import of goods, customs duties, import and export surcharges and incl. disposal of packaging.
- Operator training.
- Handing over manuals for operation in printed and data form on a data carrier.
- Handing over documentation related to the technique that is needed for handling
the device and for its operationand/or which is required by the relevant generally binding legal regulations and Czech and European standards (ČSN and EN), in particular declaration of conformity, technical documentation, initial revisions, maintenance instructions, service book, etc. - Provision of warranty and post-warranty by authorized service, in terms of pricesfor the service arising from this procurement procedure. - Documents :
