Description:
The subject of the public contract is a service consisting in the provision of service activities (carrying out defects, routine repairs, supply of ND spare parts, technical maintenance, special type of maintenance, training of workshop specialists, access to technological procedures, work standards, catalogs and electronic price lists) of Toyota Hilux 2.4 D 4 x 4 vehicles from the year of manufacture 2020 supplied to the Army of the Czech Republic according to framework agreement No. 201060336, including their parts or accessories. On the basis of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded in accordance with the provisions of § 131 ZZVZ with one participant in the procurement procedure, which will define the conditions on the basis of which subsequent individual partial public contracts for the provision of services will be awarded according to the current needs of the contracting authority.
