- The subject of the public contract is the execution of maintenance works involving the repair of the facade and the replacement of the structural elements of the building. 1 at Perntejnská nmst in Hranice, including the execution of the necessary building rights according to the documentation projects. The content of the work is the realization of the work in individual stages (the right wall of the structure at the crowning mass, repair of the north, east, south and west facades), addition and assembly of the roof, taking restoration measures according to the documentation, the completion of related auxiliary work and restoration of the affected areas to their original state. The object is a cultural monument; the supplier is obliged to respect the conditions of the monument authority.
