The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DPS. Processing the documentation is reserved by the Customer as a change to the obligation from the contract in accordance with the provisions of Β§ 100 paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The Contractor will carry out the processing of the EIA documentation only on the basis of the Customer's instructions according to the conclusion of the investigative procedure of the competent authority.
b) Creation of project documentation for permission construction of transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the planning permission procedure, obtain a valid planning permission (construction permit) according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Act"), including the Opinion of the notified entity in the phase of issuing the planning permit and the activities of the OSH coordinator when working on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the processing of the OSH plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual.
c) Processing and submission of an application for the issuance of a planning permit according to the Building Act, including all required documents, the result of which planning permit (construction permit) will be issued. The contractor will cooperate in issuing relevant decisions until they become legally binding.
